Medicare feels better with a partner.
Health Assurance Partners helps you understand your Medicare options and find a path forward with confidence β and helps licensed agents build an independent career with real support behind it.
Wherever you are, let's start there.
New to Medicare? Reviewing your current coverage? You don't have to figure it all out on your own β whether you're approaching your Initial Enrollment Period or comparing plans during the Annual Enrollment Period, we help you understand the differences in plain English.
I'm new to Medicare
Understand the basics, learn about enrollment timing, and get comfortable with your next steps.
I'm exploring my options
Talk through Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and prescription drug coverage.
I want a coverage review
Consider your doctors, prescriptions, and budget when reviewing how your current plan fits.
The plans we help you compare
Medicare Advantage
All-in-one plans that often bundle prescription drug coverage with extras like dental, vision, and hearing.
Medicare Supplement
Fills the gaps left by Original Medicare β predictable costs, and use any doctor who accepts Medicare.
Prescription Drug Plans
Standalone drug coverage designed around the medications you actually take.
How it works
We start with you
Tell us your ZIP code, current coverage, and what matters most β doctors, drugs, or cost.
We compare carriers
As an independent agency, we're not tied to one company β we shop the plans licensed in your state.
You enroll, we follow up
Our help costs you nothing. We're paid by the carrier you choose, never by you.
That's the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) β the once-a-year window to change your Medicare Advantage or Part D coverage for the following year. Outside of AEP, you may still qualify during a Special Enrollment Period.
Frequently asked questions
Is this really free?
Yes. There's no cost to you for our help. We're paid by the insurance carrier you choose to enroll with β never by you, and never more for choosing one plan over another.
Will switching plans affect my current doctors or prescriptions?
That's exactly what we check first. Before recommending anything, we look at the doctors you see and the medications you take, so you're not surprised later.
Do I have to switch plans if I talk to you?
No. Sometimes the best answer is that your current plan is still the right fit β we'll tell you that too.
What should I have ready before we talk?
Your Medicare card, a list of your current medications, and the names of doctors you want to keep seeing. That's it β we'll walk through the rest together.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. Big decisions are better with a second set of ears β feel free to bring a family member or trusted friend to your appointment, whether that's in person, on the phone, or on video.
What happens after I fill out the contact form?
A licensed member of our team will call or email you back personally, usually within one business day. No robocalls, no call centers.
When can I make changes to my coverage?
Most people can only change Medicare Advantage or Part D coverage during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 β December 7). Outside that window, you may still qualify for a Special Enrollment Period depending on your situation β we can help you figure out if you do.
Can I refer someone to you?
Absolutely β feel free to pass along our contact info, or have them reach out to us directly. We'd love the introduction.
"I came in with a lot of questions and honestly wasn't sure where to start. They sat down with me, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and never made me feel rushed. I left feeling like I had someone I could callβnot just an insurance agent."β Wilma M.
More listening. Less head-spinning.
Insurance comes with plenty of fine print. Your relationship with your agent shouldn't feel complicated. Health Assurance Partners is an independent agency β that independence cuts two ways: beneficiaries get plans compared across carriers instead of pitched from just one, and agents get contracted across carriers instead of locked into a single captive book.
Health Assurance Partners LLC was founded to help our community navigate Medicare with confidence β not just enroll in a plan and move on. Our team brings decades of combined experience in Medicare insurance, along with real relationships built over the years with local doctors, health systems, and insurance professionals across Southern Nevada. We're based right here in Las Vegas, and our roots β and our heart β are right here at home. But Medicare doesn't stop at the county line: we're licensed in nearly 20 states, so if you're planning a move, split time between homes, or have a family member elsewhere who needs help, we can likely still be their Medicare partner too.
Independent, not captive
We represent multiple carriers, so the plan we recommend is the one that fits β not the one we're required to sell.

Every agent is licensed and annually certified to sell Medicare Advantage and Part D plans.
